Booking Policy

1. BOOKING All bookings must be made 24 hours in advance, with a minimum duration of 3 hours. Confirmation is provided after receiving full payment, which is non-refundable. 2. SECURITY DEPOSIT A refundable security deposit of RM150 is required to cover damages, refunded after inspection if no issues are found. Any damage exceeding the deposit may require further compensation. 3. CANCELLATIONS & RESCHEDULING Cancellations are not allowed but rescheduling is allowed without extra charge if requested 48 hours prior to the scheduled booking. Any changes made within 48 hours of the booking may result in additional fees. 4. ARRIVAL & DEPARTURE Clients may arrive no more than 10 minutes before their scheduled time. Overtime beyond the booking period will be charged at the standard hourly rate, rounded up to the next hour. 5. SPACE USAGE The studio is to be used only for the agreed purpose. Movable furniture and small props are available for use, but large fixtures should not be moved without permission. Any damage to the space or equipment will be deducted from the security deposit. 6. NO FOOD & BEVERAGE CONSUMPTION Food is not allowed in the studio except for F&B shoots. Beverages may be consumed in designated areas outside the shooting space. A mandatory cleaning fee of RM50 applies, and additional charges will be added for spills or food remnants. 7. CONTENT REPURPOSING By booking, you grant the studio permission to repurpose behind-the-scenes content for promotional use. Sensitive or proprietary content will not be used without prior consent. Please notify us in advance of any restrictions on the use of content. 8. INSURANCE & LIABILITY For larger productions, clients may need to provide proof of insurance covering liabilities. The studio is not responsible for personal injuries or equipment damage during the session. 9. CAPACITY & CONDUCT The space has a maximum capacity for safety. Exceeding this limit may result in penalties or session termination. Smoking, alcohol consumption, and excessive noise are prohibited. By confirming your booking, you agree to adhere to these policies including the full list of terms & conditions listed on our website. Non-compliance may result in additional charges or termination of your session.
